Satın aldığım yıldızlar görünmüyor
Oyunu kapatıp yeniden aç: yarıda kalan satın almalar açılışta bir kez teslim edilir. Ebeveyn onayı (İste ve Al) bekleyen alımlar, onaylandıktan sonra gelir. Hâlâ görünmüyorsa makbuzunun ekran görüntüsüyle bize yaz.
Yeni telefona geçtim / oyunu silip yükledim
İlerlemen, açtığın koleksiyonlar ve yıldızların iPhone'da iCloud'a, Android'de Google hesabına yedeklenir. Aynı hesapla giriş yapıp oyunu yükle ve bir süre internete bağlı bekle; veriler kendiliğinden gelir.
Satın almayı geri yükle düğmesi yok mu?
Yıldızlar harcanabilir üründür; mağazalar bunları geri yüklemez. Bu yüzden oyun yıldızlarını ve açtığın koleksiyonları hesabına kendisi yedekler.
İade
İadeler mağaza üzerinden yapılır: App Store için reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play için Play Store → Hesap → Ödemeler.

My purchased stars are missing
Close and reopen the game: interrupted purchases are delivered once on the next launch. Purchases waiting for parental approval (Ask to Buy) arrive after approval. If they still don't appear, write to us with a screenshot of your receipt.
New phone / reinstalled the game
Your progress, unlocked collections and stars are backed up to iCloud on iPhone and to your Google account on Android. Sign in with the same account, install the game and stay online for a while; your data returns automatically.
Is there a "Restore purchases" button?
Stars are consumable; stores do not restore them. That's why the game backs up your stars and unlocked collections to your own account.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, Play Store → Account → Payments for Google Play.
